Customer service (full-time)

ella&il is experiencing rapid growth and is now looking for a dedicated person to strengthen their Customer Service full-time. This is a very important role for the brand as customers always comes first. In this role you will be able to take part of a very exciting journey for the brand going forward.

Tasks:

  • Provide good service and answer inquires to our customers via e-mail, chat, phone and social media
  • Be helpful with product-, order- and complaint questions
  • Development and follow-up of KPIs to ensure a good customer experience
  • Follow up the waiting list on our website
  • Ensure that routines are followed and further developed in an efficient way
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience from a similar role is valuable
  • Being proficient in the Office package
  • Good Norwegian and English communication skills

Personal skills:

  • Be self-driven and having the entrepreneurial spirit to take ella&il for further growth
  • Be a problem solver and resolve issues in an efficient way
  • The ability to work in teams
  • Have a strong work capacity, being able to work in a fast-paced environment
